3. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Refunds
- Heaven Decor reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
- Orders once placed can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Post-dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of RTO (Return to Origin), ₹200 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (Parcel open video required for return or cancel) and refund process after RTO 3-4 working day.
4. Colour Variation
As our products are handloom and handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, and texture may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of the natural beauty of handmade products.
5. Discounts
- Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Multiple discounts or coupons cannot be combined unless stated explicitly.
- Heaven Decor reserves the right to cancel any offer or order if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
6. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges may apply and will be mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery delays may occur during national holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Return of Goods
Eligible return conditions:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (Order unpacking video required).
